WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY TAGS HAVE BEEN LOST OR DAMAGED? 

TAG&TRACK tags are extremely durable and usually last for several years. 
 
However, additional kits can be purchased during the year or at renewal. They will have a different Tag number, and will be valid alongside your existing Tag numbers. 
 
If you would like to purchase more robust tags, we offer the Plus Kit which has heavier duty tags included. You are able to upgrade to a Plus Kit on renewal, or at any time during your subscription, at a discounted price. 
 
On renewal ALL your tags will be covered in the one renewal price. 
 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENEW MY TAG&TRACK SUBSCRIPTION? 

The cost of renewing the TAG&TRACK service for another 12 months is currently £14.25. 

WHEN TRAVELLING BY AIR/AIRPORT, DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN OF MY LOST/DELAYED LUGGAGE? 

Where lost/delayed items have been delayed by the airline, there is generally no cost to yourself for the return of the items. Please contact your airline directly for more information on their individual policies. Once your luggage has been found we can liaise with the airline to arrange the return of your lost items. However, in the event that you forgot to collect your item from the luggage carousel or picked up the wrong piece of luggage, you would be responsible for any costs incurred for the return of those items.

CAN OTHER MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY USE THE TAG&TRACK SERVICE? 

Yes. TAG&TRACK can be used by members of the family living at the same address. 
 
We advise you to label your personal items with the TAG&TRACK tags and stickers as soon as possible including; keys, backpacks, mobile phones, and laptops. 
 
When travelling abroad don’t forget to tag your luggage, carry on items, golfbags, and pushchairs. Remember, if it’s not tagged we can’t help you. 
 
It is really worth adding another phone number to your account in case it is your mobile phone that goes missing. 

HOW LONG IS A TAG&TRACK SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE VALID FOR? 

Your TAG&TRACK subscription is valid for 12 months and can be used in the UK and abroad 365 days a year. 

WILL YOU REMIND ME THAT MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION IS ABOUT TO RUN OUT? 

Yes. 
 
We will contact you before your subscription expiry date to let you know when it is and how to renew. 
 
If you're concerned about whether your TAGs have expired, please get in touch and will help you. 

HOW ARE MY LOST POSSESSIONS RETURNED TO ME? 

When your items are found we get in touch with you and let you know. 
 
This could be as quickly as calling you whilst you are shopping to say you have left your wallet in a cafe an hour ago. We know from the finder where your item is so we can liaise to arrange the best way of you getting your items back. 
 
This is usually quite easy as items are more often than not found close to where they were lost, and you may not be too far away. Please note that courier charges or postage costs are not covered by Tag & Track but it is usually not necessary. 
 
Occasionally we notify subscribers that their item has been found, before they are even aware they have lost it!
